A great milestone reached this week on one of our Lytec Developments projects with the raft foundation concrete pour now complete. This is actually the first time we’ve undertaken this type of foundation, so it’s been brilliant to see the whole process in action from start to finish. From drainage and backfilling through to shuttering, steel reinforcement and finally the concrete pour, a huge amount of planning and teamwork has gone into this stage of the build. It’s been great watching everything come together on site and seeing the progress unfold step by step. Big thank you to everyone involved for all the hard work throughout this phase.
